Respite & Recreational Programs


Camp AIM is not just a summer experience… We want to see our campers all year! Holiday trips, Shabbatons and reunions take place year round and campers look forward to seeing their camp friends and favourite staff members. We are always looking for ways to nurture the special relationships made in camp.



Small group snoezelen swim sessions take place at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. 1:1 staff are available to change and swim with the kids in this incredible sensory pool. Sessions take place Sunday afternoons.

Sundays, October 18-December 6, 4:40-5:40pm

Recommended for children ages 18 mos- 5 years old.

Cost: $160/8 weeks


After School Program

A super fun recreational program focusing on self regulation, play and social skills including music therapy, sensory gym, therapeutic play and snoezelen room. Snack and dinner included. The most productive and fun afternoon of the week, guaranteed.

Recommended for all children who love camp!

Wednesdays, October 14-December 2, 3:30-5:30

Transportation may be available from certain areas, inquire for details.

Cost: $225/8 weeks (There is an additional fee if your child requires a 1:1)

Therapy plus!

This therapeutic boost is designed for children who do well with the motivation of small group therapy. The program features a combination Physiotherapy and music therapy group led by TS Frankel, physiotherapist and Julie, our music therapist. Also included is a skill based thematic lesson focusing on pre academic skills and language development.

Wednesdays, October 14-December 2, 1-3pm

Creative Arts

Take part in art! Explore a variety of art mediums while working on problem solving and social skills.
This after school program includes a 45 minute session with Robin Gertin, an experience art therapist plus dinner and snoezelen room time.

Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Mondays, October 12-November 30, 4:30-6 (Early drop off from school may be available, inquire for details).

Cost: $200/8 weeks



Campers are invited to spend Shabbat with Camp AIM! Shabbatons are an excellent life skill opportunity and a great first sleepover experience. Our caring staff will ensure that your child will have a safe and entertaining weekend with all his camp AIM friends.


AIM Leagues

Join Camp AIM friends for adapted Sports programs and play with success!
Sports vary by season. Inquire for ongoing programs.


Holiday Events

Campers are invited to participate in Holiday themed trips to places like the apple orchard, matzah factory and more! Wheelchair accessible bussing and 1:1 support make it possible for everyone to join.


Respite Services

We at Camp AIM realize that caring for a child with special needs requires a lot of patience, time and energy. Thats why we implemented a service to allow parents to take a break from the day to day challenges and spend time with the rest of the family while their children are cared for by our wonderful volunteers.

Parent Support Groups

The best way to find out about the latest resources, programs and services is through other parents! Join our support groups and spend time getting to know people going through a similar experie nce to yours and enjoy being in the company of parents who understand.


Special Events

Camp AIM fun continues throughout the year with reunions, concerts, and other special events! Camp AIM is more than just a summer camp, the relationships don’t end when the summer does.
